About Our Company

At MEL ART BUILDING LIMITED we offer quality services in the renovation of your house or flats. It doesn’t matter if it is a new house or an old one, our job is to reshape it into a piece of beauty. We offer loft extensions, house extensions refurbishing and our amazing painting services.

We believe that nothing requires a lot of effort if done by the hands of a professional. When you think of refurbishing a whole house, or a part of it, you might think that it would take months. That may be the case if you have hired an amateur individual or group. Knowing what to do and how to do is what we excel at. We know how to provide the best results in the least amount of time.

Not every house is supposed to be refurbished in the same way. We take in each and every detail of the house. We study your lifestyle so that we may provide you with the results that you are most comfortable with. After we have finished studying the house, we select the material to be added/replaced. This step of course is done after consulting with you. Then comes the part of installation. With installation, the thing to keep in mind is that to carry it out in such a way that the time is saved, not extended.

We carry out each step carefully, because precision and excellence is what we aim for.
